Sometimes things are not meant to be! Unworn/unwashed items are eligible for return or exchange without stains, signs of damage, or fragrant within 7 days of receiving physical item. Original labels must be intact with LE GLACE tags. Items returned that do not meet those conditions will be subject to refusal.
If we sent out your package and your items are returned to us (Packages marked "Return to Sender") due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we will issue a store credit for the net total minus the shipping fee. You will be held responsible for the initial cost of shipping the package.
Damaged Returns- If you believe an item is defective or missing, it MUST be reported within 24 hours to firstname.lastname@example.org upon receiving the physical item. Original tags MUST also be attached.
Refunds- Charges will be refunded as STORE CREDIT only. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product(s). Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping/handling charges. Returns are processed within 2-3 business days after your item(s) are received.
NOTE: Store Credit cannot be used on promotions 30% off or greater.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. It may take up to 72 hours for an order to process. Kindly note shipping may be delayed by our verification system if further confirmation is needed for an order.
We offer USPS Priority mail, both domestically and internationally. Expedited shipping is processed with FedEx.
